Prelude

Call to Worship (using Micah 6:8)

All: How should we come before God?
Leader: Should we come willing to sacrifice
             all we have and own?
People: Should we come willing to give all our time;
               even our life?
All: God has told us what is good;
         and what does the Lord require of us
         but to do justice,
         and to love kindness,
         and to walk humbly with God.

                                                    Invitation to Prayer
The realization that God never ceases to love us is a deep source of peace. Jesus does not reveal his love just to make us feel good, but so that the peace and love given to us can overflow to other people through compassion.
(Julian of Norwich)
